If the business requires to run backup jobs also during business hours without collapsing the network, the Advanced Bandwidth Throttling feature (<a href=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/en\/nakivo-backup-replication-bandwidth-throttling\/\">Bandwidth Throttling<\/a> was introduced in version 7.4) allows to <strong>control the amount of bandwidth<\/strong> used by the backup processes. This feature provides different customization options to manage the bandwidth usage through dedicated rules (Global or Per job basis) based on specific requirements.<\/p>\n<p>You can can create bandwidth rules accessing the <strong>Bandwidth throttling<\/strong> section from <strong>Settings &gt; General<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34263 size-large\" title=\"nakivo-backup-replication-7-5-02\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/nakivo-backup-replication-7-5-02-600x413.jpg\" alt=\"nakivo-backup-replication-7-5-02\" width=\"600\" height=\"413\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Cross-Platform recovery<\/h4>\n<p>A cool new feature in version 7.5 allows you to<strong> restore workloads to different platforms<\/strong>, useful in a multi-hypervisor environment scenario.
