A <strong>report is generated<\/strong> when the export process has completed providing the status and info of the extraction.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Export Office 365 data within specific dates<\/strong> - instead of exporting the entire mailbox, items to export <strong>can be filtered<\/strong> by specifing a range of dates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Extract Only specific data<\/strong> - the user can <strong>specify items to export<\/strong>\u00a0saving space and time simply by selecting the desired item checkboxs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stop and resume export process<\/strong> - the export process can be stopped and resumed\u00a0<strong>as many times as needed<\/strong> in case the Internet bandwidth is limited and need to be used for other tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Pre-requisites<\/h4>\n<p>SysTools Office 365 Export requires the <strong>following components<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Online Services Sign-in Assistant<\/li>\n<li>Windows Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The application can be installed\u00a0in Windows 10 or below versions and requires the\u00a0<strong>.NET Framework 3.5<\/strong> installed. During the installation process, missing components will be\u00a0<strong>installed automatically<\/strong>.\u00a0To export Office 365 <strong>data into PST<\/strong>, MS Outlook 2016\/2013\/2010\/2007 also needs to be installed in the compouter.<\/p>\n<p>Office 365 admin account must be <a href=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/en\/office-365-configure-impersonation-rights\/\">impersonated<\/a> for Admin Account Migration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Installation<\/h4>\n<p>Download latest\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.systoolsgroup.com\/office-365\/export\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SysTools Office 365 Export<\/a> version and run the installer. If missing, the procedure runs the <strong>Microsoft Online Services Sign-in Assistant<\/strong> installation wizard first. Accept the EULA and click <strong>Install<\/strong> to proceed. The installation is pretty straightforward and requires only few clicks.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34897 size-large\" title=\"systools-office-365-export-10\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-export-10-600x396.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-export-10\" width=\"600\" height=\"396\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Same procedure for the <strong>Windows Azure AD Module for PowerShell<\/strong>. Click <strong>Next<\/strong> and follow the instructions.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34899 size-full\" title=\"systools-office-365-export-11\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-export-11.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-export-11\" width=\"509\" height=\"399\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When the missing components installation has been completed, click <strong>Finish<\/strong> to exit the wizard and launch the application.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34901 size-full\" title=\"systools-office-365-export-12\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-export-12.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-export-12\" width=\"513\" height=\"399\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Export Office 365 items<\/h4>\n<p>If you run the software with no license, you have the option to start the tool in <strong>demo version<\/strong> or to <strong>Activate the license<\/strong>. In the example the demo version is launched with the button <strong>Continue Demo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34903 size-full\" title=\"systools-office-365-export-13\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-export-13.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-export-13\" width=\"554\" height=\"184\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click <strong>Login<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34905 size-full\" title=\"systools-office-365-export-14\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-export-14.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-export-14\" width=\"547\" height=\"365\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The application checks for prerequisites. If the status is marked with green checks, all prerequisites are met. Enable the <strong>Is Admin<\/strong> checkbox if the account has the permissions to access the organization mailboxes then click <strong>Sign In<\/strong> button. The specified user must have a supported\u00a0<strong>Office 365 license assigned<\/strong> and granted with the <strong>impersonation permissions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34909 size-large\" title=\"systools-office-365-export-16\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-export-16-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-export-16\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The mailboxes configured in the specified tenant are displayed. Select the users to process and click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34911 size-large\" title=\"systools-office-365-export-17\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-export-17-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-export-17\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If the option<strong> Is Admin<\/strong> is not enabled, only the mailbox of the entered user will be displayed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34913 size-large\" title=\"systools-office-365-export-18\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-export-18-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-export-18\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For the logged in user, select folders to export and click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34915 size-large\" title=\"systools-office-365-export-19\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-export-19-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-export-19\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Specify the <strong>Email Format<\/strong> (PST in the example) to use with the option to <strong>Split Outlook Data File After<\/strong>\u00a0specifying a value. Select the items to export from the <strong>Select Categories<\/strong> area and click <strong>Browse<\/strong> to specify a <strong>Destination Path<\/strong>\u00a0to store exported data.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34917 size-large\" title=\"systools-office-365-export-20\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-export-20-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-export-20\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you want to export data only from a specific range of dates, enable the appropriate\u00a0<strong>Date Filter<\/strong> option for the item to process and click <strong>Set<\/strong>. Specify <strong>From\/To<\/strong>\u00a0date range and click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34919 size-large\" title=\"systools-office-365-export-21\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-export-21-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-export-21\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When the export dates have been configured, click <strong>Start<\/strong> to proceed with the export procedure. You can also export <strong>Archive Mailbox<\/strong> but the processed user must have <strong>In-Place Archive Mailbox enabled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34921 size-large\" title=\"systools-office-365-export-22\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-export-22-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-export-22\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The export process begins and the <strong>Status<\/strong> is reported as<strong> In Progress<\/strong>. Clicking the <strong>Pause<\/strong> button, you can pause the process and resume it as needed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34923 size-large\" title=\"systools-office-365-export-23\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-export-23-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-export-23\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When the export procedure has completed, a message is displayed. In the\u00a0<strong>Progress<\/strong>\u00a0column is indicated <strong>100%<\/strong> and the Status as <strong>Completed<\/strong>.
