The tool supports the following\u00a0<strong>Office 365 plans<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34963 size-full\" title=\"systools-office-365-import-02\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-import-02.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-import-02\" width=\"582\" height=\"158\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The software provides the following features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Import specific data<\/strong>\u00a0- the user can\u00a0<strong>specify items to import<\/strong>\u00a0(emails, calendars, contacts, tasks)\u00a0by selecting the desired item checkbox avoiding to import a complete PST. It is also possible to <strong>exclude\u00a0unnecessary folders<\/strong> from import, such as deleted item or sent items folder.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Import Office 365 data within specific dates<\/strong> - items to import\u00a0<strong>can be filtered<\/strong>\u00a0by specifing a range of dates with no need to import the entire PST file saving space and time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Attach Outlook PST File option<\/strong> -\u00a0\u00a0enabling this option a new folder is created in Office 365 with original name of PST file and preserves same folder hierarchy as original.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incremental import<\/strong> - once performed the first PST import, next attemps will import <strong>only new data<\/strong> saving storage space.<\/li>\n<li><strong>3 upload options<\/strong>\u00a0- apart from adding single PST files, you have the option to import multiple\u00a0PST files by specifying a\u00a0<strong>folder containing the PST files<\/strong> to migrate. You can also specify a CSV file containing all details, such as file path, Office 365 ID, and password, for each PST file. The PST files upload from <strong>network drives<\/strong> is supported.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Pre-requisites<\/h4>\n<p>The application doesn't have specific software requirements and can be installed\u00a0in <strong>Windows 10 or below<\/strong> versions. SysTools Office 365 Import supports PST file of MS outlook 2016\/2013\/2010\/2007\/2003\/2000.<\/p>\n<p>Office 365 admin account must be\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/en\/?p=34799&amp;preview_id=34799&amp;preview_nonce=cc2630ef72&amp;_thumbnail_id=34879&amp;preview=true#\">impersonated<\/a>\u00a0for Admin Account Migration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Installation<\/h4>\n<p>Download <a href=\"https:\/\/www.systoolsgroup.com\/import-to-office-365\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SysTools Office 365 Import<\/a> from SysTools website and run the installer. If the <strong>Status<\/strong> is reported with green checks, prerequisites are met. Click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34985 size-large\" title=\"systools-office-365-import-13\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-import-13-600x370.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-import-13\" width=\"600\" height=\"370\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the first screen you have to select the PST file to import by clicking <strong>Add File(s)<\/strong> as well as possible <strong>Folders<\/strong> and <strong>CSV<\/strong>. Enter the <strong>Office 365 User Id<\/strong> and <strong>Password<\/strong> then click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34987 size-large\" title=\"systools-office-365-import-14\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-import-14-600x451.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-import-14\" width=\"600\" height=\"451\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Instead of importing the full PST, you can<strong> specify items to import<\/strong> from the <strong>Select Categories<\/strong> area by selecting or deselecting the appropriate checkbox.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34992 size-large\" title=\"systools-office-365-import-15\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/systools-office-365-import-15-600x451.jpg\" alt=\"systools-office-365-import-15\" width=\"600\" height=\"451\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To limit items to import, data can be also filtered by date. Enable <strong>Date Filters<\/strong> and click <strong>Set<\/strong> to configure the date range.
