Click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-52378\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/nakivo-backup-restore-office-365-items-pt2-14-600x248.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"248\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Select from the <strong>Account<\/strong> list the previously created recovery account (<em>Office-365<\/em> in the example) then click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-52380\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/nakivo-backup-restore-office-365-items-pt2-15-600x207.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"207\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>From the chosen mailbox, select items you want to recover and click <strong>Next<\/strong>. We are going to recover items previously deleted from the mailbox.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-52382\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/nakivo-backup-restore-office-365-items-pt2-16-600x374.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"374\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Specify the desired <strong>recovery options<\/strong> and click <strong>Recover<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Recovery type<\/strong> - allows to specify where to recover items.\n<ul>\n<li>Recover to original location<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Overwrite behavior<\/strong> - specify the behavior if the recovered item exists at destination.\n<ul>\n<li>Rename recovered item if such item exists<\/li>\n<li>Skip recovered item if such item exists<\/li>\n<li>Overwrite the original item if such item exists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-52384\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/nakivo-backup-restore-office-365-items-pt2-17-600x191.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"191\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Recovery type<\/strong> - allows to specify where to recover items.\n<ul>\n<li>Recover to mailbox<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mailbox<\/strong> - specify the mailbox to recover items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-52386\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/nakivo-backup-restore-office-365-items-pt2-18-600x374.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"374\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>The recovery process is being executed. Access <strong>Activities<\/strong> section to check the recovery progress.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-52388\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/nakivo-backup-restore-office-365-items-pt2-19-600x157.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"157\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>If the <strong>recover process fails<\/strong>, click on the Recovery Job link then click <strong>View details<\/strong>. In the example, the recover process failed due to <strong>insufficient permissions<\/strong> configured in Azure. Double check and amend configured permissions in the application defined in Azure then try the recover process once again.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-52390\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/nakivo-backup-restore-office-365-items-pt2-20-600x495.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"495\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>If Nakivo has all the <strong>required permissions configured<\/strong>, the recover process completes successfully.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-52392\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/nakivo-backup-restore-office-365-items-pt2-21-600x295.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"295\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Accessing the mailbox in Outlook, deleted items have been recovered and <strong>available again<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-52394\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/nakivo-backup-restore-office-365-items-pt2-22-600x418.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"418\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Bear in mind that Microsoft is responsible to keep Office 365 <strong>infrastructure functional<\/strong> only and moving services such as emails to SaaS solutions, not always is clear <strong>who is responsible<\/strong>\u00a0for the data protection and availability.
