Click <strong>Users<\/strong> under <strong>Backups<\/strong> to access the management of the Office 365 applications backup associated to configured Organizations.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-52800 size-large\" title=\"altaro-office-365-backup-restore-13\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/altaro-office-365-backup-restore-13-600x509.jpg\" alt=\"altaro-office-365-backup-restore-13\" width=\"600\" height=\"509\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To enable or disable the backup for mailboxes, OneDrive, and Teams or take a manual backup or restore, you just need to click the <strong>corresponding option<\/strong>. Bear in mind you can only manage users with an <strong>active subscription<\/strong> to Office 365. Select <strong>Take Backup<\/strong> to backup current user.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-52802 size-large\" title=\"altaro-office-365-backup-restore-14\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/altaro-office-365-backup-restore-14-600x434.jpg\" alt=\"altaro-office-365-backup-restore-14\" width=\"600\" height=\"434\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The mailbox is being processed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-52804 size-large\" title=\"altaro-office-365-backup-restore-15\" src=\"https:\/\/nolabnoparty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/altaro-office-365-backup-restore-15-600x253.jpg\" alt=\"altaro-office-365-backup-restore-15\" width=\"600\" height=\"253\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Backup limitation<\/h4>\n<p>Although Altaro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.altaro.com\/office-365-backup\/?LP=nolabnoparty-sc-Article-AltaroO365Backup-PT2-EN&amp;Cat=SC&amp;utm_source=nolabnoparty&amp;utm_medium=sc&amp;utm_campaign=EU-O365&amp;utm_content=Article\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Office 365 Backup<\/a> is a <strong>robust and secure<\/strong> product, it has some limitations in the current version you should be aware:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Backups <strong>cannot be scheduled<\/strong> and they are taken automatically <strong>every 4 hours<\/strong>. This could be a limitation for some Organizations that want a <strong>lower RPO<\/strong>\u00a0but taking a backup every 4 hours covers most of business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>You <strong>cannot change the repository<\/strong> to store your backups and this restriction may affect Organizations that want take advantage of <strong>local repositories or different cloud options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Restore Office 365 data<\/h2>\n<p>The restore process of your backed up Office 365 data is a <strong>five steps procedure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Step 1 - Choose Restore Source<\/h4>\n<p>From the<strong> Select an Office 365 Organization<\/strong> drop-down menu specify the Organization to process. Restored objects will be saved in the location specified in the <strong>Selected Mailbox<\/strong>.
