Trilead VM Explorer is a simple but powerful software to protect the virtual infrastructure. Replication is another feature that completes this tool.
As already seen for backup and restore configuration, also the procedure to setup the replica is simple and quick.

Configure a Replica Task
Launch Trilead VM Explorer and select your favorite interface.
From Datacenter tab, right click the VM to replicate and select Create New Replication Schedule option.
Assign a Task Name and specify a Schedule. Click OK to continue.
Select Host and specify the Directory to store the replica then set the option that best fit into your needs. Click OK.
The new Replica Task has been created. Click now on Run this Task Now to manually perform the first replica.
Click OK to continue.
The replication is being performed.
When the task completes, click Close button.
In the Replication Explorer tab you can find the VMs replicated with associated replicas. Select a replica and click Next to access the Actions features.
Under Actions, select Power On the replicated VM option then click Next.
Click OK to confirm.
The replicated VM is powered on.
In Datacenter tab select the VM replicated. In the right pane select the Screen tab to see the VM console.
To Power Off the replicated VM, in Replication Explorer tab select the option under Actions and click Next.
Click OK to confirm.
When the VM has been powered off, click Close.
In Datacenter tab, the replicated VM screen is now no longer available since the VM is off.
Replicas can be quickly powered on/off right clicking the VM and selecting Power On or Power Off options.
Using this VM Explorer feature, administrators can quickly recover a failed VM reducing the service unavailability.
