The new version VMware Workstation 11 has been released introducing performance improvements, latest OS support as well as Virtual Hardware 11.
An interesting feature is the integration with VMware Cloud Air that allows the interaction with VMs stored in the cloud from the VMware Workstation 11 interface.
You can manage VMs within your vSphere infrastructure connecting VMware Workstation 11 to your ESXi hosts or vCenter server.

Integration with VMware vCloud Air virtual private cloud. You can now extend and scale your virtual machines in the external cloud by connecting to vCloud Air and uploading, running, and viewing virtual machines from the VMware Workstation 11 interface.
