Latest vSphere 6.7 Update 3 causes an issue to Dell Servers due to the presence of the Dell OpenManage 9.3 software installed on ESXi hosts.
OpenManage 9.3 is not compatible with ESXi 6.7 Update 3 and, as reported by Dell, you may experience the following symptoms:
- Host tasks such as vMotion, snapshots, entering Maintenance Mode or VM-power-on fail or time out.
- Host gets disconnected from vCenter Server when you start a task.
- ESXi Embedded Host Client is not accessible.
- Esxcli commands are unresponsive.
Fix Dell Servers issue
Currently there is no a real solution for this matter and the only way to fix the problem is to remove the Dell OpenManage 9.3 Server Administrator 9.3.0 VIB from the host.
SSH the affected ESXi host and login as root.
Run the following command to remove the appropriate VIB from ESXi 6.7 Update 3 host:
# esxcli software vib remove --vibname=OpenManage
After removing the Dell OpenManage Server Administrator 9.3.0 VIB, the ESXi 6.7 Update 3 installed on Dell Servers works with no issues. Dell is already working to fix the problem quickly.
Has anyone tried new OMSA Version 9.3.1 (OM-SrvAdmin-Dell-Web-9.3.1-3684.VIB-ESX67i_A00.zip)?

I just installed it but an unable to get the OMSA webUI to come up. I'll post updates if I get it working.
