- Veeam ONE - if Veeam ONE is installed in your infrastructure, this is the first component to upgrade. Backup Servers 9.5 Update 3 or later are supported.
- Veeam Agent - before upgrading VBR to version 10, make sure installed Veeam Agents on protected computers are upgraded at least to version 3.0.
- Veeam Cloud Connect - check if your Service Provider has already upgraded its infrastructure to avoid service disruption.
- Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager - if this component is used in your backup infrastructure, start the VBR upgrade procedure from this component. Version 10 supports Backup Server 9.5 Update 3 or later.
Licenses
Correct licenses can be obtained from Veeam Customer Support Portal.
